The "Hole In The Wall Recreational Area and Wildlife Reserve Area entered two historical moments into the HITW Annals this date. Hunter Stanley Harrington hooked and landed his first King Salmon while trolling in Cook Inlet with his father, Heath Harrington and his Grandfather Stan Harrington. It was also the first King Salmon to be boated by the new F/V She'll Dew III, a documented Salmon Research Vessel. The King Salmon weighed in at 25 pounds, mature male, based on scale samples taken, the King Salmon was inbound for spawning. Results of the DNA testing will provide additional data pertaining to which river the King Salmon was destined and age. Job well done to Hunter, do not know who was prouder, the fisherman, father, or grandfather. Hunter is the fourth generation of King Salmon Fishermen.
