Nauti Fantasy at HITWRA planned!

After careful consideration, a new
structure, strictly for entertainment
value, is planned to begin construction
Memorial Day weekend, 2009!
Or, we could just buy it in Homer,
and, order a new one next year. There
is a 38' seiner to be developed soon!
The mud pit will be by the south deck.

The Texas Hold 'Em games will
never be the same again!
There has to be funding for this in the
economy's new "stimulus package".
We just need to plan where a 50 foot
fishing vessel can rest for the summer
(and wax the pole).

I like it, with those panoramic windows we need to have it a view site of the Inlet. Every boat should be able to see the water. Love the spacious recreation room, the poker table can easily play eight but we may need to move the "stripper pole" a couple of feet further from the table so card players are not to distracted from the game at hand. Other potential sites can be reviewed, but a good choice for view amenity would be "Estrogen Ridge", by build a nice stairway up to the top of the site. Has a very good view amenity from the site and it would drive the tourists crazy trying to figure out how high the tide had been to park the boat there. It would also provide us the high ground in the event of any type of raid by enforcement types or Borough Assessors. Will there be room on the back deck for a small smoke house and barbecue?

We can have the smoke house as long as it is not a distraction from the game.

Terry was quite impressed with your concept, looks like you are now locked into your concept so to keep on her good side, I would suggest that you produce!

Now I have never been one to say, "I told you so", but I know there were several of you that doubted my posting "Eyes In the Dark" and my opportunity to see a Snow Leopard. As reported in the LADN and LA television news report, a lady that delivers newspapers in the Sterling Area has spotted a "cougar type" cat on two occasions in the same area. The moose have not moved down to the winter feeding area on Anchor River due to lack of snow in the higher elevations. It would appear to me that the Snow Leopard I saw has now migrated north to Sterling where there is a resident population of Caribou, moose, and a larger population density which means more dogs. I am surely joyous that I had the opportunity to see it on that one occasion. Sidebar: Plowed out the HITW today, all three inches of dry powder but it was sure fun sliding on the ice, good thing the upper Kroc Lake was frozen over.
